When you export data from Journeys, for example the list of all travellers and the information from their Journey, then you get a CSV.
If your Excel version is not set to "comma delimiter" then the file might just open all in once cell in Excel.
Then this is how you open the CSV in Excel:
Open a blank workbook
Go to the Data tab and select From Text/CSV
Browse for and select your file, click Import, and then review the preview to ensure the data is correctly separated by a comma.
Finally, click Load to import the data into an Excel table.
