With the Journeys Company Portal, your organization can streamline operations and enhance employee experience by giving them a centralized location to initiate workflows effortlessly.

What is the Journeys Portal?

A user-friendly interface that serves as a one-stop destination for all employees to engage with company processes. Whether it is submitting requests, accessing HR forms, or triggering any type of process you have created in your Journeys software. This portal ensures that employees can find and launch the tasks they need with just a few clicks.

How does it work?

There are three primary locations which are important for you to know when it comes to using your portal.

The portal web view

Each company has their own unique portal, you can find yours by clicking on the "Portal" link in your main navigation bar when logged in to the system. Clicking on this will open your public portal, this is the web site you will share with your employees.

By default, the URL to your own portal is: https://portal.50skills.app/{companyname} This URL can be configured to your liking and you can even have your own company custom domain.

When a person fills out a form on the portal, they are automatically added to the journey that is configured behind it and started in the subsequent process.

The portal configuration section

You can personalize your portal by going to https://journeys.50skills.app/settings/portal-settings

Here you can:

  • Define the portal path

  • Manage the portal logo

  • Manage the portal banner

Adding forms to the portal

If you want to add a form to your portal the steps are as follows:

  1. Open an existing journey

  2. Go to "Settings"

  3. Look "External forms" and make sure that you have one ready, if not then create one

4. Click on the external form you want to show on your porta. When inside the external form configuration, click on the new "Portal" tab and enable the form to be shown on the company portal.

5. After you have enabled the form on the portal, you can configure the title, description and picture

6. Open the portal website and view your new form!
