With the Journeys Company Portal, your organization can streamline operations and enhance employee experience by giving them a centralized location to initiate workflows effortlessly.
What is the Journeys Portal?
A user-friendly interface that serves as a one-stop destination for all employees to engage with company processes.
Whether it is submitting requests, accessing HR forms, or triggering any type of process you have created in your Journeys software. This portal ensures that employees can find and launch the tasks they need with just a few clicks.
How does it work?
Each company has their own unique portal, you can find yours by clicking on the "Portal" link in your main navigation bar when logged in to the system. Clicking on this will open your public portal, this is the web site you will share with your employees.
Each company has their own default portal, the URL to this portal is: https://portal.50skills.app/{companyname} This URL can be configured to your liking and you can even have your own company custom domain. π‘
When a person fills out a form on the portal, they are automatically added to the journey that is configured behind it and started in the subsequent process.
Configuring and managing your portals
You can create multiple company portals β perfect for different teams, brands, or use cases.
Create and manage your portals by going to https://journeys.50skills.app/settings/portal-settings
Here you can
Have a great overview of all active (and in-active) portals, manage them and of course, create as many portals as you like for your company!
As the usage starts growing, you can view the traffic statistics of your portals as a whole or filter down to view each portal individually
Setting up a new portal
It is easy to set up a portal, just follow these steps
Go to https://journeys.50skills.app/settings/portals, click on "Create Portal", give it a descriptive name
After creating the portal, you are by default routed to the 'Layout' section which should be empty. Here you can add external forms to our portal or direct links to third party sites.
External forms
After selecting the 'External forms' option, you can select from all published external forms, filtered down by each workspace your user has access to.
β οΈIf you don't see any forms here, make sure you have published journeys with external form triggers available.
The external forms are triggers in your journey workflow builder, so you can find them there. This means that when a user fills out a form, it will create the person in that particular journey as a traveller and start the workflow.
Custom links
Aside from external forms, you can have custom links on your portal. These can be links to any website, for example if you use Microsoft forms or Typeform to have your employees fill in surveys or requests, things that maybe are not in Journeys yet. When the user clicks on this link, they are routed to that site.
Layout management
You can always manage the ordering of the forms in your portal, simply drag and drop and it will be reflected for the users visiting your portal.
Password protection
You can add passwords to protect your portal.
When employees visit your site, they are required to enter the password to view the portal.
Other portal settings
In the portal settings you can manage all the important things regarding the portal, such as:
