We are introducing structural improvements to the system to reduce friction, simplify workflows, and create a more intuitive experience. As part of this update, the way Forms are organized will change.

Forms section removed from Workspaces
In the main navigation side panel, the โFormsโ section will no longer appear under each workspace.
Forms will now live inside Journeys
Forms will now exist exclusively within the Send Form action of the journey where they were created. This means each form is directly tied to the workflow that uses it, improving clarity and reducing clutter.
Instead the forms will live uniquely under each journey in the Send form action it is created from.
๐ What does this mean for you?
The most important impact is:
Unused forms will be deleted
Any form not currently used in a Journey workflow will be automatically removed during this update.
The biggest change here that might impact you is the deletion of all forms that are not being used in a journey workflow.
We ask you please to review all forms sections within each workspace and make sure that if you want to keep a form, you have to use it in a journey, even a temporary journey will work fine to prevent deletion.
โ What you need to do before December 15
Please review your forms in each workspace and ensure that any form you want to keep is actively used in a Journey.
๐ก Tip:
If you want to keep a form but arenโt ready to use it yet, simply place it inside a temporary journey. This will prevent the form from being deleted.
