These notifications help you stay informed about the journey’s progress—alerting you if a step fails and stops the process, or confirming when the journey has been completed..
You can choose to receive emails when:
An error occurs on an action during a specific Journey
A traveller completes a Journey
How to manage notification settings
You can customize your notification preferences directly from the Travellers overview page in a specific journey.
Navigate to the Travellers overview
Click the 🔔 bell icon in the top-right corner
Select which notifications you want to receive
These settings are configurable per user, so each user can choose what’s relevant to them.
Email notification received
Error notifications
When an error occurs in a traveller’s Journey, you will receive an email with details about the issue.
If multiple errors happen within a short period, they may be grouped into a single email to reduce noise.
