You can customize how traveller lists are displayed in yours journeys by creating and managing your own views in each journey. This allows you to tailor the layout, filters, and columns to fit your workflow

Default View

  • In your journey traveller list if no custom views exist, a Default view is automatically created.

  • The Default view behaves like any other view:

    • It can be renamed

    • It can be modified

    • It can be deleted (as long as another view exists)

    • It can be exported to csv

Creating a View

To create a new view:

  1. Click on the Default view dropdown

  2. Select Create view

  3. Give it a name

  4. Access (View & edit)
Collaborative (Anyone in workspace) - Share the view with your team. Everyone in the workspace can view and edit it.

Personal (Only you)- keep it private only for you.

  5. Hit "Create new" button

You can then configure:

  • Columns

  • Filters

  • Sorting

Managing Views

Each view has a three-dot menu (⋮) with the following options:

  • View setting – Change the name of the view and access control.

  • Duplicate – Create a copy of the view

  • Add / Remove from favourites – Mark important views for quick access

  • Delete – Remove the view

Reordering Views

  • You can drag and drop views to reorder them in the list.

Editing a View

When making changes to a view (such as filters, columns, or sorting), Journeys will prompt you to:

  • Save changes to the current view

  • Create a new view with the changes

  • Discard changes

Changes that trigger this prompt:

  • Adding or removing a filter

  • Adding or removing a column

  • Applying sorting to a column

Sharing & Access

When saving or editing a view, you can control who has access to it:

  • Collaborative (Anyone in workspace)
Share the view with your team. Everyone in the workspace can view and edit it.

  • Personal (Only you)
Keep the view private for your own use.

👉 Use this setting to share your custom-made views with others or keep them private depending on your needs.

Discarding Changes

  • If you choose to discard changes, the view will revert to the last saved version.

Deleting Views

  • You cannot delete the last remaining view

  • If you try, the delete option will be disabled and a tooltip will appear:

"You must keep at least one view. Create an additional view to delete this one."

Tips

  • Use favourites to quickly access your most-used views

  • Create different views for different workflows (e.g. hiring, onboarding, approvals)

  • Save time by avoiding repeated filtering and column setup

This feature helps you work more efficiently by keeping your preferred list setup saved and ready to use.
