One thing we try to do is give our users the best possible overview options when it comes to your Travellers and workflows in regards the information that flows there through.

Each journey is different so what you as a user want to view in the table has to adapt. This is why we created the Action column feature.

With this feature you are able to add information gathered from actions in each journey as a single column to your Traveller table overview.

Few examples of the Action column in use

  • View and compare results from a specific question in a form that was sent out in a journey

  • View results from an AI prompt action and the reasoning

  • See the status of a particular action, is it not started, in progress or completed

  • See the completion date of a particular action

So how to do it!

In the example here below, I have a Journey that handles employee birthdays. If the person has a "big birthday" we send a form to their supervisor where we ask between three gift options for the employee.

The form

Now, I have multiple travellers active in this journey, but I want to be able to view in the table: what gift each supervisor has chosen.

With the Column actions, I can do just that!

Click on the "Show/Hide fields" option in the table header and select the "Send form" action in the side-panel (see image below)

Add the "Gift for employee" question response to the table by switching it on. The field will then appear on the right side where you can drag and drop it to the location where you prefer.

It is that easy! And you can do this with any action you feel like.

Custom names

After adding the column you can set a custom name for it. This can be very useful if you want to make your table easier to read or differentiate between columns that have identical names for example the status of each action.

To set a custom name you simply click on the header in the table and select "Set custom name".

Filters

Once you add your action columns, you can filter by them as any other normal fields. Let's say I only want to view Travellers that selected to receive a "Gift card".

Simply click on "Filter" -> Action fields -> The field you want to filter -> Filter criteria, you can see a gif here below showing the process.

Working with large journeys

Some journeys might have a high number of actions and multiple forms within them. With this there comes an increase in complexity and you might not be sure that you are adding a column from the right action. This should be easy to remedy!

In the side-panel we include a shortcut to the relevant action which you can always use to confirm that this is the correct data, see image below.

Other important information

  • You can only see and view actions that are in your current published journey.

  • If you remove an action from a journey through the journey builder and publish the journey, the columns that belonged to that action are removed from your overview at the same time
