You will need to generate the credentials to connect Personio to Journeys. To do so, sign in with your admin user and go to Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar, then:
Click on API credentials under Security & integrations
Click on Create custom integration at the top right of the screen and give it a name (e.g. 50skills).
Next, enable all permissions under the Access rights screen and be sure to mark select all under Readable employee attributes before clicking on Create integration.
In the next step, Personio will generate your Client ID and Secret. Copy the secret inmmediately as it won't be shown again, and store it somewhere safe.
Once you have your credentials you can go back to Journeys and finish the connection process. 🎉
