Connecting a marketplace app gives your journeys ready-made actions for that system, with nothing to build yourself. 50skills builds and maintains the apps.
🧠 Note: if the system you need isn’t in the marketplace, request for it to be added or build a custom integration instead.
Before you start
Some apps need something set up in the other system before you can connect, like a dedicated admin user or an API key. The connect window tells you what, and links to a guide where there is one. A few vendors have to issue the key themselves, which can take a few days.
You also need the Admin or Editor role in Journeys.
Connect an app
Find your app. The list is alphabetical, and you can search by name
Click the app to open it
Click Connect in the top-right corner
Follow the instructions in the window, then click Connect to finish
The app now shows as Connected, and you can use its actions in your journeys 🚀
